Not Lashing Them?  Return or Exchange Them 

We are sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with your purchase – Pinc Blink is obsessed with your happiness and satisfaction!  We will refund the full amount on any unused and unopened merchandise or you can exchange them within 14 days from receipt of the order. Please note that the shipping fee for an order is non-refundable. 

What qualifies for a return or exchange

  • Product(s) must be unopened (in it’s original packaging) and unused (no visible signs of use ie. lashes should not be cut or trimmed, no mascara or adhesive on lash,  magnetic liner must be unused) and no indication of any deviation to product integrity and attributes
  • Product(s) must be purchased from Pincblink.com
  • Product(s) must be attached to a Pinc Blink order number (order number provided in your original purchase)
  • On sale or promotional products are not eligible for a refund or return

Returns and exchanges for US customers:

  • Send an email to Info@pincblink.com (including your order number, contact info, indicate if you would like to exchange or requesting for a refund).
  • Please allow 2-4 business days for a Pinc Squad Member to review and respond to your return or exchange request.
  • Once the request has been approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you to affix to return package.  Please note there is a $5.00 charge for the shipping label.
  • If your return request is disapproved, we will notify you via email indicating the reason for our decision.
  • Please allow approximately 10 business days of delivered return/exchange to be received and processed.  Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and will be issued to the customer on original order. Replacement for the exchange request will be sent via standard USPS postage unless expedited shipping is requested.

For International Customers:

  • Send an email to Info@pincblink.com (including your order number, contact info, indicate if you would like to exchange or requesting for a refund).
  • Please allow 2-4 business days for a Pinc Squad Member to review and respond to your return or exchange request.
  • Once the request has been approved, please ship package to

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please email info@pincblink.com within 14 days of receipt, providing the order number and description of issue.  We may ask for any additional information or photos of the item.  Once our Pinc Squad Member reviews and approves your request, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund to the original form of payment.
